"Hi! I want to tell you about our journey to becoming Pesisir Sushi"
Tuno grew up in Japan in a traditional sushi family, but his free-spirit led him to travel the world with his loyal friend, Kani. Their journey stopped in Bali, where Tuno met the elegant and vibrant Salmore the “Salmon Queen.” She inspired him to create a new kind of sushi made for Indonesia.
Joined by Ebie, a shy but talented sauce artist from Chungmu Korea, they combined Japanese and Korean roots with Bali’s modern energy and creativity.
Together, they created Pesisir Sushi as a Modern Tuna Sushi, born in Bali and inspired in Japan and Korea. A fresh celebration of the sea, simplicity, and modern taste.
