A loyal childhood friend from Japan, he followed Tuno to Bali saying, “Who else is going to take care of you?”

Sweet, shy, and quietly brilliant. Once a sauce specialist in Osaka, EBIE has a rare talent for creating balanced, modern flavors Indonesians love.
Invited by Salmore to Bali, she now creates the signature sauces that complete every Pesisir Sushi dish.
